CERIS Event Bruxelles, March 23-25 | Save-the-Date
CERIS – Community for European Research and Innovation for Security
This message is to inform you about a forthcoming event in the Disaster-Resilient Societies (DRS) Thematic Area that will take place in a hybrid format in Brussels on the 23-25 March 2022.
This follows up the cancelation of a similar event that was planned in December. The event is part of the 2022 agenda of the “Community of European Research and Innovation for Security (CERIS)”, covering various DRS aspects, namely Societal Resilience, CBRN-E, Standardisation, Technologies for First Responders and Pandemics crisis management. In this respect, DG HOME has encouraged a range of H2020 DRS projects to join forces in co-organising/chairing this event, contributing to set-up the agenda of the different sessions, which will involve a larger number of H2020 projects as well as representatives of different sectors (policy-making, research, SME/Industry, practitioners, civil society), thus providing a high-level platform of exchanges in the DRS area contributing to CERIS objectives. The meeting will be held in Brussels (BAO Congress Centre), mixing a physical participation (max. 100 participants) and a virtual attendance (via WebEx). A first agenda outline has been provided: 20220325__CERIS__DRS-March-Event_Agenda-outline.pdf
A consolidated version will be released before the end of February along with the opening of the registration platform.
The meeting will take place from Wednesday 23rd March to Friday 25th March. Please save the date in case you are interested to join.
RIMMA CoE will keep you informed.
